Bad Craft Launcher ​

Bad Craft Launcher is a cross-platform compatible Minecraft: Java Edition launcher, implemented with reference to portions of code from Hello Minecraft Launcher and Plain Craft Launcher 2. Adhering to principles of lightweight design and customizability, it strives to deliver a streamlined, fast-launching, and beginner-friendly experience on various platforms.

This project is separate from HyperLightBCL . Please submit issues to the corresponding project. Incorrect submissions will have their issues closed

Features & Advantages ​

  • Security: Utilizes asymmetric encryption and system-level key storage to handle user-sensitive data, implemented through a Rust + Python hybrid approach.
  • Flexible Extensibility: Supports plugins and script systems, enabling developers to quickly extend functionality through a rich ecosystem of third-party libraries.
  • Modular Design + Plugin Interface： Modules communicate via IPC (Inter-Process Communication) to ensure efficient and secure data interaction.
